Small churches deserve software too

Most ChMS platforms are priced for 800‐seat auditoriums. We built CAASYS for the parish of 80, the house church of 30, and the assembly that meets in a hired hall.

Walk down any high street in the UK and the churches you pass on a Sunday are not the megachurches of YouTube. They are the parish of 80, the assembly of 50, the Pentecostal fellowship of 30 in a hired hall, the emerging house church of 12 around a dining table. These churches do extraordinary pastoral work. They are also, mostly, priced out of the modern Church Management Software market. ## Why most ChMS platforms do not fit - Pricing tiers start at £199/month or assume 500+ members. - Setup takes weeks of consulting calls. - They are designed around the rhythms of large American multi‐site churches — not a single Sunday service in Devon. - Features you will never use take up most of the screen. The result is that small churches default to a WhatsApp group, a paper register, and a spreadsheet that one person updates. Everyone knows it is not enough. Everyone keeps doing it because the alternative costs more than the rent on the hall. ## What we believe CAASYS starts at £19 a month for churches up to 100 members. There is no setup fee. You can sign up on a Tuesday and run kiosk check‐in by Sunday. The kids’ room, the visitor pipeline, the bulk SMS, the GDPR opt‐outs, the activity log — all included. If you outgrow it, brilliant. The next tier is £49. The one after that is £99. We charge nothing for our smallest plan to be everything most parishes will ever need. We think church‐scale software should fit church‐scale budgets. Not the other way around.
